Upcoming Dates:

March 12^th- Kindergarten Registration 11:00 a.m.

March 13^th- Spring Pictures/Early Out 1:30 p.m./Math Tutoring

March 15^th- End of Third Term

March 16^th- Science Fair Entry form due

March 21^st- School Science Fair/ 6:30p.m. Winners announced in conjunction with the Art Fair and Spring PTA Meeting

March 22^nd- AR Assembly

March 27-29^th- Spring Break

Core Update: NO HOMEWORK to prepare your Science Fair ProjectJ

Just study your spelling words on the back of this paper.

Math- Chp.13-Test Moving onto Chp.14- Measurement Units, Time and Temperature

Spelling/Vocabulary- Lesson 24- VCCCV Patterns

Science- Heredity- Specialized Structures- Bird Beaks

I am requiring the Science Fair this year. If that is a problem your student can do an optional 5-paragraph research essay instead. Please talk this over with your student and let me know.

The Science Fair is always lot of fun and we appreciate your support.
