Core Update:

Math- Chp. 4 Dividing by 1-digit Divisors-Review and Testing

         Moving into Chp.5- Dividing by 2-digit Divisors

         5^th grade Challenge- Pass off all your times table facts for an

         ice cream sundae. Work on your memorization skills with flash

         cards and written timings at home.

Spelling- Lesson 7 Words ending in –ed and -ing

Science- Whole Grade Trading for Matter, Electricity, Magnetism and

              Heredity

Social Studies- Unit One Quiz, Moving into Unit Two: Building a New

                 Nation-Don’t forget to work on your Patriot Book!!

Reading- “My Side of the Mountain” and Small Group

               Novels

Language/Writing- Daily Language Quiz, Simple Predicates and Using

                           The Thesaurus
