Upcoming Dates:

March 28^th- Afterschool Math 3:30-4:00

March 30^th- Early Out

April 1^st- Talent Show for Parents 10am and students 2pm

April 5^th- Spelling Bee

April 15^th- Book Report Due

We enjoyed learning from Jaden, Jade, Andrea, Cricket and Malia. Thank you for participating in the Science Fair!!  I appreciate your hard work and effort.

Attendance is so important!  Thank you for encouraging your student to be on time and striving for 100% attendance.

Utah State Core Update:

Math- Chp.14- Measurement Units, Time and Temperature- Challenge your students to look for the following vocabulary words-fluid ounce, cup, pint, quart, gallon, liter, milligram, Fahrenheit, Celsius, ounce, pound, ton, etc.

Science- Electricity – 5^th grade classes trading this week to review

Social Studies- “ Americans Move West and United States Gets More Land.”  Patriot Award Pass -Off anytime your student is ready!

Spelling- Lesson 25- VCV words and study for the Spelling Bee

Reading- Class Story, “ The Fun They Had.” A science fiction story set in the future. Focus Skills- Drawing Conclusions, regular and irregular verbs and Mountain Language.
